RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Randy's Shoes of Amarillo we're not happy until you are. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, then simply return it to us within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Randy's Shoes will provide a pre-paid return shipping label, but the actual cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us via phone, email, or chat to receive your return shipping label. If, in the extremely rare circumstance Randy's Shoes makes a mistake on shipping, etc, then we will make the situation right at our expense.
We do ask that our customers PLEASE try their shoes on inside on a very clean surface for a short period of time, this way if you do need to make a return the item will be in brand new condition. Please note that all returns need to be in their original boxes with packaging etc.
Please note that prepaid return labels are only provided for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. International customers, customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories, and customers who have an APO / FPO address will be responsible for their own return shipping labels and costs. The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.
Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 24 business hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 2 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment for the price noted on the receipt.
